Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return requests should be placed within the allowed window from delivery. Products showing wear, damage, or alterations will not be approved.
Refunds are completed within 5–7 business days after inspection. The amount is credited to the original payment method.

Cancellations and Payments
Orders may be canceled only before processing or shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation is not available, but eligible items can be returned as per policy.
